Refund Policy
If there is any issues with pests, severe damage, etiolation or anything you would like to point out please send an email within 24-48 hours of delivery so we can better assist you. Unfortunately there is no refunds for leaf damages, any separation of plants or changes in color due to possible shipment delays.

Shipping Information
We currently are shipping to U.S only. We ship daily to ensure fast delivery here at Twins Trees. Plants are shipped bare root and wrapped with paper to ensure a safe delivery. We ship both First class and Priority mail.
Do I get the plants in the picture?
Yes all the plants you see in the pictures are the ones you will get! Please let us know if there is anything that is sold out that you would like just send us a message we can find you one just like it!
